Data Management

Your progress is automatically saved to your browser. Use these options to backup or restore your data.

Import JSON

Current Project State

This shows the current state of all task completions. You can copy this for backup.

Timing Document

Task durations and dependencies are defined in js/project-data.js

To adjust task timing:

Open js/project-data.js in a text editor
Find the task you want to modify
Change the duration value (in days)
Save the file and refresh this page

Help & Tips

How the Gantt chart works

Tasks are scheduled based on their dependencies
A task won't start until all its dependencies are complete
Weekends are skipped in scheduling
Deferred tasks are removed from the schedule entirely
In Progress tasks show differently but don't affect scheduling
Completing a task updates dependent tasks' start dates

Understanding dependencies

Dependencies are shown as arrows on the Gantt chart
Only true dependencies are marked (where one task genuinely blocks another)
Cross-team dependencies exist between Miki and Donavan's tasks
For example: Donavan can't build the landing page until Miki finishes the copy

Data storage

Progress is saved to your browser's localStorage
Data persists even if you close the browser
Data is device-specific - it won't sync across devices
Use Export JSON to create a backup file
Use Import JSON to restore from a backup
Clearing browser data will erase your progress
